THE LAST DAYS OF EXTRAORDINARY LIVES
A project that started out as a simple idea to capture a few
people and their stories in the last days of life, quickly expanded into a full
length documentary movie and a significant portrait exhibition. “The Last Days of Extraordinary Lives” went
on to be featured at 15 film festivals and garnered 14 awards including Best
Picture, Best Documentary and Best Director.
The film went on to become part of the Academy Award winning Film
Company, Earthworks Films.
“Did our subjects talk about love? Yes. Did they talk about family? Yes. Did they talk about God. Yes. Did they talk about, wow, I just didn’t make enough money? Not at all. This enlightening project is about dying to live – not living to die.”
